Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) speaks about proposed changes to the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, which she helped pass to curb risky lending practices in the wake of the 2008 financial crisis. Warren spoke at the Democratic Caucus Center Strategy Summit in Baltimore, Maryland on March 9.
