Banks using the pressure from Obama's request to lend, to repo from others

My vehicle is financed through Chase Bank. I have been late with the payment each month, during the past year, due to being the only one working in a house hold of 4. In 2007, my daughter was killed by a DUI driver. Her children at the time was 11 and 4. I now raise my 2 grand children, now 13 and 7. Naturally, this did affect my financial status.
