Phillip's Bio
Phillip Cryan received a Masters in Public Policy from the Goldman School at the University of California, Berkeley. His Masters thesis analyzed the likely impact on employment of a play-or-pay employer contribution policy for health care. He is the former Program Director of Iowa Citizen Action Network (ICAN), and recently moved to St. Paul, Minnesota.
