After Tom DeLay was indicted on criminal conspiracy charges, the Campaign for America's Future was the first group to call for Tom DeLay's resignation — not just as Majority Leader but from the United States Congress. Our supporters sent tens of thousands of letters to members of Congress demanding that they publicly call for Tom DeLay's resignation.
