The Bush administration is livid that the DIA report got out. Today in a press conference, Scott McClellan did not stray from the White House pattern of scapegoating the intelligence community for its inability to find WMD in Iraq. McClellan said the president's reference to the Iraq trailers was "based on what the intelligence community -- through the CIA and DIA -- were saying."
