Health care should be the #1 priority

My question was" what is more important to the US citizens then a good accessible public health plan"?
Health care for the US citizens should be the #1 priority. We should then figure out what comes next after we help the US citizens with affordable health care.
After we pay for health care then and only then should we try and fix the rest of the world problems.

We have to change the question from, can we afford it to what can we afford after we pay for health care?
