Project Hypocrite

On the eleventh anniversary of the signing of Newt Gingrich's Contract with America in late September, we flooded media outlets with thousands of letters highlighting the hypocrisy of the so-called Republican "reformers." Accenting our point that the Republicans who came in as reformers created a racket – just one day later, Tom DeLay was indicted on criminal conspiracy charges. Our supporters flooded Representatives' email boxes, sending tens of thousands of letters demanding that their member of Congress call for DeLay's resignation.
